No. Elegance HCG Tablets are no medication. Therefore you don’t need a prescription.

Other European countries will take about 5 business days. The rest of the world will take around 10 business days, also depending on customs.

No, there are no known side-effects when using Elegance HCG Tablets.

When more weight loss is necessary you can chose to follow 2 cures directly after each other. Following more than 2 cures after another is not recommendable. A third (and possibly fourth subsequent) cure can be followed after a resting period of 6 weeks.

The official HCG Diet takes 23 days. The extra tablet is just a spare one.

When you have already reached your target weight before the end of the cure you can increase the amount of calories you take in per day. However, keep using the Elegance HCG Tablets daily and be sure to only eat food products that are part of the HCG diet. If you stop the HCG cure before you will have more chance of regaining the weight you have lost.

Day cream usually contains fat. If, during the cure you add fat onto =your skin this slows down the breakdown of the fat in your body. A good alternative is Vaseline or Aloe Vera.

Because sun lotion cannot be used during the Elegance HCG Tablets cure we recommend against using the solarium.

During the first week you can still be hungry. This happens to those with whom the fat breakdown is still stagnated. As soon as the fat breakdown starts, this will decrease the hunger. So hang in there, drink enough (water) and maybe take an extra apple. Further, make sure you are distracted and get enough exercise and fresh air.

These complaints can occur especially at the beginning of the HCG Tablets cure. They arise because of:

1. Low blood sugar. The body breaks down t the glycogen a bit too slow whereby the sugar level isn’t added in time. Help your body by making a good division of the diet during the day. If this doesn’t help you can temporarily take an extra slice of roast beef, a breadstick or an apple. We also advice you to drink Crystal Clear, besides water. An equal division of the diet is necessary to avoid chances of your blood sugar becoming too low. If your blood sugar is unstable always make sure you carry an apple or breadstick with you.
2. Headache mainly occurs as a result of waste products that aren’t broken down by the liver fast enough. In this case we advise you to eat artichokes, drink lemon balm tea or take-in an aspirin. The complaints will then usually disappear quickly.

Constipation sometimes occurs during the treatment. It often helps to drink more. Eating a lot of leaf vegetables can also attenuate the constipation. In average you will have less decongestion during the Elegance HCG Tablets cure; once every 3 days is normal.

During the so-called ‘plateau formation’ (often halfway during the treatment) you will not, or hardly lose any weight. This happens a lot and it’s nothing to worry about. Often you will have lost more weight than expected before this phase or it will go faster after this plateau. During this plateau you often retain more water.

PAY ATTENTION: We strongly recommend against drinking less. It is useless and can even be damaging!

There are different thyroid disorders but having these disorders is no reason not to be able to follow the Elegance HCG Tablets cure. It is possible that you lose a little less weight than a user without this disorder.

The cure can also be followed by people with type 2 diabetes. You will however, in consultation with your doctor, have to adjust your insulin dosage since you are not taking in any sugars and carbohydrates during the cure.
